Up front, Charlie Adler (Transformers), Producer Jason Shuman (Winning Time/HBO) Producer Mark Amato (CBS) Emmy Winner Carolyn Hennesy (General Hospital, True Blood), Lota Hadley (Warner Bros.) and characters from Disney, Star Wars and Marvel ready to 'bring the Christmas' to the kids of six different shelters...
EVENTS
For 13 years 'Make The World A Better Place' has partnered up with Salt Creek Grille to provide Christmas to the children of social services! It's brunch, presents, entertainment and of course a visit from Santa. Co hosted by our friends/cast members from Star Wars, Disney, Avengers Cartoon Network etc. this has become a legendary event.

HELP US CURE NMOSD and with it CANCER
When she was in the 3rd grade, Shawn Dettenmaier watched her friend across the street lose her house. She watched the marshals put her friends belongs on the curb and was devastated to see this- moments later, she asked her parents if she could give people home for Christmas . While they couldn't afford to supply homes, they did decided to supply 'Christmas' to people who didn't have a homes. In the 13 years since, this effort turned into adopting shelter, filling food banks and has since supplied meals and Christmas present to thousands of children living in cardboard boxes and tents across Los Angeles...
This young here (who has been decorated by the Mayor twice) spent most of 2023 in the hospital fighting for her life, and as she did so, she added another directive to her charity platform, a directive to help and support children in The Children's Hospital battling the unthinkable like cancer and NMOSD....
Now, NMOSD can blind you, paralyze you or even kill you without warning and in a matter of minutes. It's dangerous, deadly and there is no cure but, the Mayo Clinic has made a remarkable discover, a blood bio marker unique to only NMOSD patients and this biomarker appears to be a road map to a cure but, not just for NMOSD, this biomarker appears to be a roadmap to a cure cor cancer and there are now more that 40 clinical trials world-wide testing this possibility and the results are stunning...
